Customer service bad. Staff not friendly all. Seriously. Staff didn’t approach cust, or answer the inquiry. Keep asking “kejap, kejap” like no training of cust service. What I saw is, they busy cleaning counter like you can do it after attend ur cust or while waiting the drink blend. I rarely visited there but when i went there nothing change. First time i visited there, one year ago, I ask for straw cause its empty at the bowl, one staff throw it to me. Today i went there again, all drink are sold out! How bored! Went its come to viral drinks, they should take advantage to gain more sale! Not to mention, they didn't...

the atmosphere is clean + has its ambience yet staffs/baristas are rude and unprofessional. food preparation is later than the time estimated by the staff ( additional 10-20 mins ) . i've been there couple of times but there's little to no progress.

1. there's one time i got called "dik" in a unfriendly tone

Staff was attentive. Hot sunny day all the way from KL to Tampin. We decided to order the Passion fruit. Sparkling thingy can't recall the name, disappointed because it wasn't sparkling enough. It was so so.
