Went for a late lunch to this gem of a restaurant tucked up in a small hillock just opposite to Tringkap Bee Farm. You might easily pass this place without noticing as it’s not at the road level. It’s a simple but clean place. It’s run by a local Chinese family and the seating arrangement is like the usual round banquet tables you would see in many Chinese restaurants. For mains we ordered the Thai style steamed Fish with lemon and chilli. The size of the fish was good enough for the price. Considering that in Cameron it’s very rare to get the freshest of fish, it still tasted good. We ordered few cups of white rice to go with the main as well a small plate of stir fried mix vegetables. The vegetables were very fresh more like a farm to table concept. They have a vegetable garden in the back, but I guess it’s not open to the public. Everything tasted very good. They also serve beer and other non alcoholic beverages. Overall it was a very satisfying meal and worth the money spent.. will surely visit again during my next trip to Cameron to try the rest...
Read moreIt's a hidden spot in the middle of the busy market street but can be easily spotted if you are looking for something delicious food . Must try their superr spicy but still tickling you tastebuds "Tom yum Soup". You won't stop with just 1 spoon to taste. You will definitely reach for the second one. Service is very slow run by ladies. Saw a man, but he was like, "You help me first. Even after seeing us waving our hands to him, he looked the other way. Overall, the food ordered was worth it and very much more affordable at the same time delicious. I will definitely come here whenever we are here in Cameroon. Toilets are clean. Parking is straight up the hill. Nothing fancy to see in restaurants, especially for kids, to kill their time while we wait for the food to be served, which takes a bit...
Read moreAnother delightful visit to Tian Yuan Delicious Thai in Brinchang! It's been a while since I last savored their incredible food, and I'm happy to report that everything is still just as amazing. The dishes are bursting with authentic Thai flavors, and the prices remain very reasonable.
Dining on a cool Cameron Highlands night (20°C!) with steaming plates of Thai food was an absolute treat. The contrasting temperatures just made the experience even more enjoyable. Every bite was a burst of warmth and spice, a perfect way to combat the chill.
It's truly incredible how Tian Yuan's cook manage to capture the essence of Thai cuisine. I haven't found Thai food this good anywhere else! I can already tell I'll be back soon for another fantastic meal. Their food is...
