The decor of the place was gorgeous, probably set us up with high expectations. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet expectations at all, especially to compare with the pricing. The salmon was RM34.50, but it was clearly a super frozen salmon that's been a in the freezer for a long time, and it was fried to glory, which made it super rubbery and had such a weird texture to it. The lemon butter sauce was melted butter with lemon juice, so weird!! The served snow peas was in its shell with the salmon dish, which was even weirder! If you're going to do an elegant dish, your customer should not have to peel their veges to eat it! The mushroom aglio olio was a huge disappointment as well. It tasted of garlic and nothing else. The mash potatoes tasted like it was instant mash. So extremely disappointing. We ended up spending almost RM90 for this bad lunch. I wouldn't visit this place ever again. The chef needs to be changed because clearly there's no love for creating proper food dishes here. The only reason I'm giving this one star is because the drinks were acceptable.

A must visit cafe if you are in Cameron Highlands. Super good service and extremely delicious food. The owner; Susan is so accommodating that willing to take the orders via call so that can have the kitchen prepare the meals before the last call. I made the call at 930pm despite they were closing at 10pm Susan took in the orders and prepared the food to excellent. Nicely decorated cafe as well. The chicken wings was so damn tasty, never had anything like that before.

Overall: Not Recommended Foods: we ordered aglio olio and hawaiian pizza, both of them taste badly, the spaghetti standard is way lower than normal, the garlic taste is pungent and raw because didn't cook properly. spaghetti at 7 eleven taste better. the pizza shocked us because the dough is way too pathetic as it was too thin and tasteless although menu mentioned it will be thin. The ingredients on top of it is actually good. Price: overpriced, i think one of the reason that they put this level of price tag is because there is no similar restaurant around that area. if they use this price range at KL area, nobody will visit them. Environment: good ambience Service: nothing to say about service because there is no any service. we need to order and pay at...

I had high hopes when I visited Cactissert Cafe, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a big letdown. The food quality was extremely poor—something I wouldn’t expect even from a basic eatery.

Despite the cafe being completely empty, it took over 30 minutes for my order to arrive, which was just a simple and basic dish. When the food finally came, the taste was way below par. The black pepper sauce, which should have been the highlight, was heavily diluted and completely flooded my plate, overpowering everything else.

Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. I left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon. There’s a lot of room for...
