Mama’s Cafe — Restaurant in Pahang

We stayed in Cameron Highlands for 2 nights. The first night we went to Mama’s café as recommended by our Airbnb host. We were not disappointed! The food is absolutely amazing, the best food we’ve had in Malaysia so far and we’d just come from Ipoh which is famous for its good food. We enjoyed it so much we just had to go back on the second night. The owner is lovely and we asked him for his recommendations. He asked us what we liked and the came up with a dish. I'm not going to be original and I confirm they have amazing chicken chop with pepper sauce. Also fantastic noodles with egg and vegetables. Strongly recommended when you look for a dinner at a reasonable price. People who work in the restaurant are very kind and they are willing to help you to choose a dish. Arrive late at Cameron Highland. If not mistaken, almost 12am. So, the shop still open.

Ordered 2 plate of grilled chicken chop fried rice. The food is really good. Portion is big enough to make someone like me to feel full. The owner is really friendly and the service is good.
