Its 12pm. A couple of family tourists and myself done hiking to this japanese village, and we wanted to grab some japanese food. Came to this restaurant and door locked. Checked google, it should be open.
Called colmar receptionist and was informed that it is supposed to be open. Loud music blaring, we can hear people shouting and cheering inside. Sounds like the bunch of worker just decided to close the restaurant for the day and do as they please.

With a very limited bento set menu available, I had to manage my expectations (yes, the place is pretty remote). The Croquettes were spoiled, and when I complained, the waitress told me that's how they're supposed to taste. As someone from an Asian country who has tasted croquettes countless times, I have never encountered such a taste before. The cucumber pickles had mold on them, and out of our party of six, two dishes had visible mold. It was frustrating to request replacements without receiving an apology.
