Look at you having so much time on hand to read and reply to comments yet, none to properly digest them.
Now, let’s breakdown your circus of a comment, yeah? Because as much as it infuriates me how you're so bongkak, it's also made me laugh.
✅️ "Hi"
🚫 "Sorry if u feel cheated" - I feel cheated? Lol. Darling, I WAS cheated. Let's get that one straight. If I came approaching wanting to dine in and you readily said that it was 65.90 per adult (approximately rm70 per pax), you are LYING and CHEATING me right from the get-go. Why didn't you tell me that there were TWO packages and only shoved the expensive one in my face?
How is that not deceptive? Do you like it when people lie to your face when you go to purchase something? Scamming you out of your money? If so, good for you. Swindlers adore you.
🚫 "Please get the fact straight about our main/premium package which is our main product" - kindly point to me which part did I get wrong. Did I gave insufficient info about the so-called premium package? Yeah, I did because god forbid I remember every minute details, yeah? Got some super memory in me. However, none of what I said was wrong and you're just nit-picking.
🚫 "Contact us and we will refund u since u really feel its super bad in all areas" - oh, wow. How benevolent of you to return me of my money. But keep it, darling. You need the money to improve your service. The same can't be say about your attitude. That can't be fixed.
🚫 "We explained the differences to let you sink in on the difference of value not to cheat you" - HAHAHAHAHAH if you didn't want to cheat me, you would've directly explained that they were TWO packages right from the start. But you didn't. Why? Because you wanna scam people of their money. Nak orang beli yang mahal. Kalau betul sangat, kindly explain and defend yourself.
🚫 "Not everyone is cheap as we see the world" - Huh???????? The heck is this supposed to mean? Go relearn English or talk to me in Malay.
🚫 "We do business for the sake of Allah" - I believe people called those like you penunggang agama. Swear that you're doing things because of God but your actions spoke otherwise. Don't your religion teach you to be jujur in perniagaan? Be pleasant? Strive to improve yourself? Because you're not doing any of that. You wasn't jujur. You wasn't pleasant to interact with. And you didn't try to improve yourself given how you had been responding to my comment and others' criticisms.
🚫 "We do not wish to serve those who only sees the bad and ignore the great things that we try to offer" - Excuse me????? I paid YOU money and expect appropriate service. That's how restaurant works. Regardless of whether I see these invisible great things, don't matter. I gave YOU the money and it's my RIGHTS to receive collerating services. Second, what is these great things you're offering? Because I saw none.
✅️ "Tq" - a heartfelt and sincere sorry would be nice, but you don't know the word accountability, do you?
Conclusion: It would do you good if you reread all of the reviews given (including the criticisms) and reflect on them. Not everyone has time to fitnah you out of fun.
P/S: Kalau rasa diri tu betul sangat dan sentiasa dilindungi Tuhan, selamatlah di sana 😊 P/S 2: Don't delete this review if you feel...

Upon arriving and greeted by who I presumed to be the owner, we were asked how many people were in our group. Then, the owner (a lady of Penang Indian-Muslim descent) promptly told us that adult eat for RM70 per pax which is way out of our budget. This 'premium' package came with duck, belangkas, rabbit and Korean Ramyun on top of the regular steamboat food.
I almost immediately said 'no, thank you' and she them also immediately explained that there's a cheaper package a.k.a standard package for RM40 per adult. Which was weird and for me, unethical. Why didn't she introduced that there were 2 packages being offered and only shoved the expensive one into our face?
The way she spoke it was as if to discourage us from going for the cheaper one by saying "oh, the crab and shrimp for premium are as big as my palm while the standard one are only as big as my fingers", "there's vast differences in premium and standard" etc. Heck, my mom noticed she kept giving her the stinky eye throughout our time there. This lady also seemingly delayed delivering our request for extra broth - the abang arriving only when our bowl were almost dry.
👎 Non-fresh selection of food.
The siput buluh was very grainy and littered with sand. Scallops and lamb were frozen solid which took extra time to cook (which is annoying given that we were only given 3 hrs to finish everything). The tray of ingredients were almost always near empty which may be done to avoid us loading food onto our plate and get our money's worth. We had to spend unnecessary time to make another round to check for available ingredients.
👎 Very limited amount of steamboat ingredients.
Compared to other store, the selection wasn't wide and vary with most of them being fishballs and of that sort. Once again, i think this was deliberately done to encourage people to bump their package up to premium.
TLDR: Unethical and deceptive marketing. Unfriendly staffs. Unimpressive selection of ingredients. Absolute...
