Worse Cashier. Me and my friend go there to eat and we split our bill, when we pay of course some who already done eating would go pay first. After all of us already done eating the remaining people go to pay. When we decide to leave the worker there told us the bill isn't enough although we all already pay some of us pay with cash and some pay with qr transfer. The people who pay with cash will get a receipt and who pay with qr they dont give receipt. Then we all show 5 receipts because they pay with cash and 3 more show thier bank transactions history receipt that use qr payment even though we show it they didn't believe and Threatening us that they will report us to the police station since we all know we already pay we say go report then we have proof that we already pay. I mean like yes we dont pay it together some of us pay first and wait until other finish and pay but can't they remember since the bill already write the number of person...

I'm a loyal customer of the pelita. This shop was really disappointed. Bad manager and counter service. I came to order just 3 fried rice for take away and I waited for more than an hour. I keep telling everyone I made an order at the cash counter and fried counter. The person parceling does not even bother until I raise my voice after an hour. He keeps giving orders without sequence at the fried counter. The goreng is awful because I'm upset and they take revenge. No more pelita for me and my family any more.
