I dont have the option for zero star. Beware!!! If you are bringing cake from outside for birthday celebration, don't bother coming to this place. They will charge you 10% of the whole bill!!! I went there for my husband's birthday with his friends. 11 of us ordered and ate their food. As i entered, i gave them a whole cake to keep in the fridge and bring it out later for the celebration. They did not tell me anything about 10% charge for a birthday cake! We did not bring any other food from outside. Only the cake. When its time to pay, they charged me a freaking RM36 for the cake! Which i bought from outside. They dont have a whole cake for me to buy from them. If not of course i would have bought from them. Why the hassle of buying from outside??? Imagine if i had 20 pax and the bill came up to RM700 or more?? I would be paying RM 70 extra????? Atrocious!! First time i experienced such thing. So many cafes even give complimentary cakes on birthdays but these people are so money minded. They returned the money after i argued solely on the base that i was not informed about this charges earlier. Not because they feel its a ridiculous rule! Service is poor. Food came after 1 hour. I told them 4 times to clean the table before bringing the cake but they didnt. They brought the cake when the table was dirty with left over dishes and stains from the food. I bought their signature coffee which came in 2 glasses. One that looks like a beaker which had milk. I am suppose to pour the milk into another glass which has frozen coffee cubes. When i poured, the milk poured all over the table. The beaker is definitely not suitable for such aesthetic gesture. Generally, they are focussed on aesthetic rather than quality and service.

PS; i saw a previous post on a little girl was not allowed to eat her cake from kindergarden and the owner apologised in the review. But yet, it is happening again. I really have no idea what is the connection between getting halal cert and charging 10% for cake. Never in my life and all the places i went have i experienced this.

My deep disappointment with the consistently poor service we have received during our four visits to this cafe. Despite giving it multiple chances, the experience has never improved at all. Despite multiple chances, this cafe has shown no improvement. The experience I had today was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

To begin with, I waited for an agonizingly long time, almost an hour, before my food was finally served. This prolonged wait is entirely unreasonable, and it is even more disheartening to experience such a delay repeatedly, visit after visit. The cafe should prioritize efficient order management and timely delivery.

Moreover, what happened today was a new level of disappointment. When my food was eventually brought to the table after such a long waiting time, and I was appalled to find out that it was the wrong dish. Instead of apologizing and offering a suitable solution, the staff nonchalantly informed me that my dish had been served to another table. They expected me to accept this absurdity and suggested that I swap my dish with someone else's at another table who had mistakenly received my order. This is beyond comprehension and shows a lack of accountability and customer service etiquette.
