Its a waste that we have to rate this restaurant 1STAR Or probably no star due to the hygiene/Cleanliness of the people in the restaurant. So it is the raya week and many people are stopping by to have a quick meal and I can understand the restaurant is packed with people and everyone is busy with work. BUT you should NOT compromise the Cleanliness!
The kitchen is super messy with pieces of vegetables on the floor Sadly I didn't get a chance to take a picture, but whilst they were preparing the ingedients (what looked like salted egg yolk... and coating the chicken in it) the piece felt on the wet floor just near the toilet. I was surprised that the staff can just pick it up and throw back the piece into the egg yolk with the rest of the ingredients. The way they wash the fish is also sadly disgusting being on the same level with the floor.
Message to the owner, your food actually tasted ok but here's my personal feedback, please prepare the food properly for people to eat and you shouldn't do this to people. Maybe you can eat food from the floor with food dropping near your toilet, wet sandy, oily dirty floor where people walk in and out of the toilet ya. Even the market is better than your kitchen. Sadly due to the busy crowd, once an order is made, you cannot add on. So in other words make an order once and if you want more you can't order so just leave.
Thank you but it's the first and last. If Kementerian Kesihatan visits your restaurant I am sure you will fail badly for hygiene issues. Sadly disgusted by...
Read moreI want to share my bad experience here. This is my first impression and experience in this restaurant.
Firstly, we waited over 40 minutes for our food when it's not over crowded and people (to be exact: 3 tables) who come later than us already have all their meals served. So, we went and ask them to check if our order is missed out, and after a while, they suddenly tell us, there's no Pakupakis, Fine, then we order another dish, but well, they didn't serve the correct dish we reorder anyways. [no apologies is given].
Then after we pay our bill, we were wondering, why is the price so high, it's not equivalent to the dishes we called? We Double checked, recalculated and there's a extra RM30 charged for no reason. Therefore, we confronted them about it. Again, no apologies is given and they explained, oh they calculated it wrongly because he/she was using the calculator. If we didn't check, we would have paid extra RM30.
My point is, mistakes can be made, but at least, say sorry for your wrong doings and not find excuses or don't take things seriously, this is basic respect and customer service. ( Bad experience aside, logically saying, food is...
Read moreIf you have liking for heavy taste food like me then you will love this place. The yam pork (kou rou) is really good, the vege paku with belacan is awesome too that we order second serving. For the kids we got a non spicy version vege paku with salted egg. The tank look pretty empty now just tilapia and fresh water prawn. Their prawn is one of their famous dish so by the end of our meal, the prawn tank are empty too. We ordered two type of cooking as in photo, I personally like the steam one better (we ask for second serving on this too). Ordered two types of egg one is fuyong and another just onion, the first one better and am glad it’s not oily. They sell other Perak famous tidbits as well with fruits. The also sell peeled petai at the price of...
