I just came back from there. 2 adults and 4 young children. We were looking for an exclusive dine-in experience after a hectic week, we were disappointed.
The good:
The floor manager. A bald Indian guy who was superb. He was really attentive and was being friendly and even asked us, how many baby chairs needed.
err.......hmm, what else was good yeah? Oh, foods were in large portions.
The bad:
Unfriendly, poorly trained, non-attentive staff members. It's like kedai mamak where you need to shout and lambai tangan for someone to assist you. Empty dirty plates need to be stacked by ourselves as noone bothered to provide such service.
Overcooked, not well prepared Fish&Chips. Yes, surprisingly, such a common dish made substandardly. The batter was overfried to the extend of rasa hangit. Lemon slice was a joke. My 6 years old could slice a better looking lemon! No tartar sauce given...yes, NO TARTAR SAUCE GIVEN. When I asked one of the girl for the sauce, she brought me TOBASCO SAUCE! I need to spell it out to her, then only she brought me a bowl of tartar sauce...just wow!
Blantly tasted fried rice. Seriously, like no taste at all.
Chewy Chicken Shawarma. Again, a rather common dish. The chicken was not seasoned enough (to my taste) and was chewy! I had better chicken shawarma from the street vendors! To make things worse...I ordered 2 of these!!!!
Substandard spagetti carbonara. The spagetti was overcooked. The sauce was not seasoned enough.
Desserts took forever to arrive. I needed to remind them 3 times to bring us our banana splits. Yes people, not some fancy desserts...but banana and ice cream only!!! Itu pun mau tunggu 30 minit kah???
To the management, buck up please! Train and remind your staffs and chefs that customers are paying premium prices for good food and good dining experience!
I couldn't help myself from thinking: "Lebih baik...

First they confused on my booking , they can't found my name on the list , repeatedly asking me how many pax does we have , this part to me still ok , but when it comes to second part , they found out actually the person who in-charged from their customer service phone call are not updating my name my booking details into the list , from this part we can see their unprofessionalism , and when it comes to payment part at the cashier , i was served by a Tall indian servant , straight away he telling us the total amount , by not checking with us whether have we paid for any deposit , until i tell on him there is deposit of RM200 has been paid , then his response is like "suspecting" , is really rude he asking me to prove him the payment details and receipt in a super rude manners ! I think maybe the management can look into this ? Instead of ignoring the issue here , pls consider replacing your staff those with problematic of issue , if you don't believe kindly check through your CCTV , look into how the way they serve on their guest...Lastly , the food and service is totally not worth with...
Read moreDuring our recent stay at the Haven, we decided to try breakfast at Cuisine Restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. Upon arrival, we were directed to an outdoor tent area which was already quite crowded. The primary breakfast offerings were nasi lemak and noodles. While these could have been pleasant choices, the quality left much to be desired. We were charged RM 70 per person, which included a service fee, and found ourselves questioning the value for money given the poor quality of the meal. The service was another area where the experience disappointed. We were met with dirty tables and struggled to find a place to sit. Essential items like plates and cups were unavailable for a notable portion of our time there. Additionally, the only direct interaction we had with the staff was when they requested payment before the meal and insisted we move to the tent area. Sadly, the nasi lemak tasted subpar, and the coffee was unpalatable. In total, our breakfast for three people cost RM 210. Given the overall poor service, high prices, and disappointing food, this is not an experience we would like to repeat. We advise others to consider alternative dining options...
