Checked the reviews and stopped by for lunch while in Tanjung Malim. Place did not disappoint and only proceeded to impress with each bite. Ordered the sliced ginger fish, salted egg squid and sambal brinjals.

Sambal brinjals were mind-blowingly good. Been a while since I tasted one that was this good. Very strong and fragrant sambal smell and the shrimp taste was well infused into the brinjals. Brinjals weren't mushy and watery, just nice and soft. Highly recommend trying this dish.

Salted egg squid was good as well. Squid wasn't rubbery and mushy and had a good springy texture to it. Fried batter absorbed the salted egg taste well.

Sliced ginger fish was good. Nothing mind-blowing but better than average. Fish didn't have a pungent smell, felt and tasted fresh and wasn't flaking or easily breaking apart. Sauce was good too.

Service and environment was easily a 5/5. Price was alright, within expectations and wasn't exorbitantly expensive, but of course, that depends on what you're getting.

Always come to this restaurant almost every year with family to celebrate something. It is a chinese restaurant so chinese cuisine is to be expected and also serves a little bit of thai and malay cuisine as well. Yeah it is halal for muslim to eat. They even have the halal logo on the restaurant board.

This place is spacious enough for you to come with a big family and you can also book it before you come.

This place has a wide range variety of food where their main focus is seafood. They also serve chicken, meat and lamb. And sometime on special occasion or season you can eat deer meat and ostrich too depends on the availability. They also provide vegetarian menu as well.

The taste of the food is great enough and worth the portion and price like a fine dining but that is just my personal opinion though.
