Restaurant is clean, however not many customers when we came. Owner is nice and friendly and the chef is also a reputable one. Tried 4 dishes

Claypot emporer noodles with Giant freshwater prawn (大头虾). Taste is good, clear broth with strong prawn flavour. Prawns were fresh. however there's nothing much other than that. 4/5

Salad with sunflower seeds, lettuce, cucumber, longan, ebiko, and apple (not sure about the name of the dish). Taste is good, but for me it lacked a bit of acidity. A bit of sour from citrus fruits could have been what's stopping me from giving it more than a 3/5

Smoked chicken roll with kumquat. Unique taste, the smoky flavour is complemented well with the kumquat within. However there is a slight bitterness(like with marmalade) of the kumquat as it comes with the skin, which some might not like. 3/5

The foods' awesome especially the sour plum chicken but beware of the rude, unfriendly, scarastic lady boss. Either I was on her worst of days or she is really an arse. Asked for an extra glass for tea and she denied saying ”u only have 6 people, you dont need that many glass!” It's just an extra 1 glass for crying out loud. And then there is the houseflies.
