The taste of the roasted duck used to be the best, but over the years, it has regressed alot. But overall, the roast duck, roast pork is still considered good. What really doomed thier business really is thier hospitality and cleaniness. Both the female and male boss are super arrogant and rude. All the while i still visit this restautant once in a while, but after what happened during my last visit was the last straw.
I was going to indulge on the ''sour vege'' 酸菜 when i felt a mushy and stale taste in my mouth so i immediately spit it out. Lo and behold, the special texture came from a big chunk of newspaper cooked along with the whole pot of sour vege. When the boss was notified, they simply took the whole dish away and offered us another plate of that damn sour vege without any feeling of remorse or apologetic.
