The service was bad. The food tasted quite plain. The café was not that cold despite having air conditioning. The staff need to learn how to communicate well with customers. They gave unclear instructions but kind of put the blame on the customer. The staff served water that we didn't even ask for without saying anything, which we found quite rude. Overall, it was a really poor experience....

🏆 Best Old Town I've been in Perak. Super clean, Friendly & Cozy service, Tip top food quality compared to other OT's, environment is always on point (not too warm or cold) & most importantly no flies.
