Bad Service & Rude Cashier ,Extremely Disappointed

I came to this shop for breakfast in the morning and had a very bad experience. We waited for almost 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order, only serving hot beverages. I had to remind the waiter twice, but still no one attended to us take food order.

Other guests who arrived after us had their orders taken and food served while we were still waiting. I finally went to the counter to inform them, and only then did someone come to take our order. My mum ordered roti canai, but I didn't order anything because I had already lost the mood after waiting so long.

Later, the waiter came back and said there was no roti canai, and asked to change the order. My mum chose to cancel it instead because after all that waiting, they only told us it was unavailable.

Even if the shop is short on staff, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, at the very least. But instead, the staff showed no concern and even gave us attitude. We are paying customers, not asking for free food.

I went to the counter and paid for the drinks I even touch my drinks. I informed the cashier (referred to as “aunty”) about the situation, but she didn't care and offered no apology. After I left, I called to give feedback, and she was rude,she said, “If you didn’t drink the drinks, you want me to throw them away” and cut the call.

This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I had hoped things had improved, but it’s clear nothing has changed. If the cashier is the owner as she claims, then it’s even worse,because with such an attitude, it’s no surprise the staff behaves the same.

On 9/8/2020 my 8 family member went for banana leaf lunch At Samy Restaurant in Chemor, Perak. We totally disappointed with their service.We waited for more then 20 minutes and we asked the restaurant staff why so late. The staff replied we are cooking the rice and shortage of man power that not yet return from their break time. The restaurant staff didn't take a proper order from us, At the same time we order some dishes one staff said its unavailable and the other staff said its available. Totally confusing communication. After our lunch when we noticed what ever dishes that we order all is available its in buffet showcase. Then paying our bill they didn't provide itemized bill. i have attached my sejahtera check in time is 02:48 pm but in their time printed in the receipt is totally unacceptable. Such a well known restaurant how they can failed to manage their business. The cleanliness of the restaurant need more improvement. Only one thing was satisfied us the food taste is good. Most of the Indian restaurants are disappearing because of poor business management. I hope this management don't fall in...

Food & Price : The food is good but quite expensive. A plate of local goat cost about rm22 or m28 something.

Service: Here is the most dissapointing thing. If you are hungry already this is definitely nt a place to go. We went there its full and none of them working is bother to ask anything. We waited for 15minutes and there was a table finally.. there are so many tables there with chair on top of it but they are not bothered to put it for customers even there are so many people waiting. After getting the table we had to wait about 15minutes somemore just to get 2 banana leaf.. after getting banana leaves they served rice only after 15minutes.. and another 10minutes to serve dishes.. And for the curry n side dishes they only served after another 30minutes.. And even after all this time we did nt get plain ice water yet..we had to tell them another 3 times to get the ice water..

Even the food was good but it was one of the worst service restaurant in ipoh. NOT...
