Shatin — Restaurant in Perak

There are nyonya food , Vietnamese food western food, char kuey teow, dim sum etc in the morning. At night there's a "siew chow" stall name Fat Ken serving a variety of dishes.. Taste is okay and price reasonable. The beverages sold in this restoran are pricey. If you bring your own preference tea leaves for Chinese tea, the first round, they charged RM2 for a pot of hot water and the tea cup is 50sen each.. Each time you need to add water again to your teapot, is another RM2 charged....

Very clean & comfortable dining environment (commendable, other Kopitiam should learn). The pan mee was great. I would try their chilie pan mee next. Drinks were great too. Pricing is okay, worth it given its environment.

Suggestion: as this shop is 西斜，evening sun is super hot, can add blinds to deter heat...

Curry bee hoon not bad especially the soup and generous amount of meat and vege. But the beehoon is hard, I think I'll try other noodles next time. First time I come here I have try the vietnamese noodles, not bad but not very 'signature'. Environment basically food court style, comfortable to...
