Starbucks Taiping Sentral — Restaurant in Perak

I ordered Hot Asian Dolce Latte and request for least sweet, but was received veryyy sweet instead. too sweet that I cant even drink. Very frustrating since I paid rm22 just for the lousy drink and not even prepared as per requested. I always drink Hot ADL from aeon Taiping, and they made just the least sweet to my liking. but Taiping Sentral barista do not pay attention to my simple request at all. Is it really that hard to control the amount of the condensed milk??? stu* Also I ordered croque monsieur but received different type of bread, very hard kind of baguette(not nice at all!) I hate Starbuck Taiping Sentral...

I bought a few hot pastries and dinner for take away. When they hand the hot pastries over to me, they are in individual small packs. Thus, i requested for a bigger bag to put every thing in as they are hot and barely able to hold them. Unfortunately, i was face with a rejection in a rather rude manner and they requested me to pay extra... It would be great if they could be more considerate in this aspect. For take away with so many items, kindly be considerate. How could one hold so many in 1 go plus it is hot. Not to say that one would have to walk home....

I repeated more than four times tat i want iced hazelnut..its a drink..but the staff gave me iced chocolate with hazelnut cake and charged me for the things i not even asked for...i dont eat nuts...what a waste and she wrote my name raya instead of riya..use sense..no indian will put their name as raya...please train all ur staff...on close the window on this kind of thing...its really ruined...
