Kopitan Classic Penang Delight — Restaurant in Perak

Firstly, the staff is really in another level. They ignore you, they don’t even service you properly, they are slow, even when we were sitting, they were just looking at their phones and didn’t even give us the menu. I’m sorry to say but this is what it is. Commonly all the restaurant time to serve out the food will be either 20-40minutes but theirs are in another level, literally we sat here for 2 hours, only two foods were serve while my grandma gotta wait 40minutes more. My mother went to complain and they said they ‘forgot’. I wouldn’t say the restaurant was crowded. I’ve seen restaurants much more crowded that this and still get to serve good food out of their kitchen. Talk about good foods, their food are really really disgustingly horrible . Spaghetti noodles are cooked to the fact it can drown a real fish. It is not too mushy but very mushy. Fries were cooked to the part that they are going black.how much was the spaghetti? Literally 15.50ringgit per plate and gave us a small mushy smashed spaghetti. Only good thing about the food is the ginger chicken. I can only say this dish is the least greatness to this restaurant. Rather waste my 35ringgit on lamb shank in winter warmer. Or whoppers in burger king. Was good 6 years ago but now became like 1 star hotel in kampung. This place shouldn’t be eaten again🤦‍♂️ I was okay at eating it 6years ago. But now I guess is their resolution🤷‍♂️ but the opposite. I hope the restaurant can...

I've went there a day before puasa, and the staff was serving 3 tables(not to say busy). The time I went in, the staffs stare at us! for what? And we sat, so one of the staff bring the menu and she point the menu and I just accepted that they are busy. After that I went to pay the bill, I don't know that we cannot use debit card to pay and the girl point the amount and she point that we can pay buy using touchngo, transaction and cash only. I'm not sure whether she is mute? At least she can smile to us...bad service because of the staff! The food...

Terrible service !!!!
