Be careful when deciding which restaurant to have your breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks/supper if the day is Wednesday. Most probably, it is closed, but not Koffee Kitchen! Their off day is Monday. So, my wife and I had decided to have our dinner here in Koffee Kitchen on Wednesday night. The last time we visited this place was way back before Covid 19/CMO. They have renovated the place into a cosy air-conditioned eating area while maintaining some outdoor eating areas. In addition, they've added interesting menu items. We ordered Mushroom Soup & Garlic Bread and Tortilla Grilled Chicken. I prefer to chew mushroom bits in the soup but it wasn't my night, however, I could still taste the mushroom. The ambient is nice and warm but I want to give 3 star for very poor food and customer service. We came with only 2 tables occupied indoor and none occupied outdoor unfortunately we nee to wait for 1 hour 15 minutes for our food to be served. Even other people who came in later gotten their food ahead from us which I believe they pre ordered their food hopefully. We ordered at 6.08pm then received our food of mushroom soup+garlic bread and chicken grill with Bolognese pasta at 7.20pm. Had to asked twice to double check on the food.
