Here was my experience, and unfortunately, the service was and continues to be terrible. I have attached a photo of the staff member I dealt with on two occasions, and it only got worse each time. During my first visit, when I asked for the menu, she responded with a dismissive remark, saying "just download the app" as if I owed her money. On my second visit, I ordered through the app, specifying that I wanted to dine in at the cafe. However, the food arrived in a box instead of on a plate. When I brought this to the attention of the same staff member, she seemed displeased and insisted that I had selected "pick up" instead. I let it go and requested that she help me slice the sandwich in half and rewrap it for me to dine in. She didn't even bother to look me in the eye and instead directed another employee to use a pair of scissors to cut the sandwich, which was quite unprofessional. To make matters worse, the assistant simply put the sandwich back in the box and served it to me. I also asked for cutlery to eat the salad, which should have been served in a cup. The staff member with the tattoo rolled her eyes and reluctantly handed me the cutlery without making eye contact. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, the attitude I encountered on my second visit was even worse than the first. This entire experience left me absolutely furious. While the food itself was okay, I don't think I will return unless there is a noticeable change in the staff member's attitude. After all, we are not here to beg for food, we are paying customers who deserve respectful and...

Was planning to conduct a mini casual meeting here with another person. To be fair, I was looking forward to trying to food here seeing all the sky-high reviews (real or otherwise). Being the first to arrived, I was hit with an urgent need to use the washroom. I politely asked the owner / staff the location of the toilet. The impatient staff then proceeded to give me the most bewildered, annoyed expression ever, as if I’m ordering a golden goose egg. Imagine asking about the toilet’s location and get responded like you’re begging for money, and I’m not even exaggerating. Clouded with an air of pure frustration, the staff simply waved me away in another direction (which has no toilet). Another helpful customer beside gave me some suggestions in a friendly manner. Maybe they should learn from the customers how to treat customers.
After spending 15mins searching around different buildings (all of which were LOCKED), I finally found a worn out toilet for the guards that was also locked and unavailable. I gave up and left to another Cafe nearby with a comfy 🚽. I lost the chance to try the food here, but maybe it’s for the best. They locked up their toilet for own use, then treat you like you’re a burden for a simple request. This must be the first Cafe in the whole country with no toilet for customer. What kind of establishment still does that? Even if the food is worth 5-stars, the service speaks...
Read moreSimilar to what others have reviewed, their customer service is very good. It was my first time visit and they were willing to guide me on their menu. If you can't make up your mind, just ask them for recommendation.
You can place your order through their apps (Google Play Store : W Cafe) or you can straight to the counter. You'll get 10% discount if you order via app. However, you need to topup your credit. You can choose the value from minimum, RM30 to RM250 (through online banking, visa/mc, grabpay etc). It's a good marketing strategy indeed. You can place your order in advance.
Their speciality will be their sourdough. You should try their sourdough pizza. They used fresh ingredients and everything were prepared in their kitchen. The pizza portion is enough for 2 pax. Their pasta also was quite nice.
For coffee, it's considered cheap compare to other cafes. Not many selection.
I love the vibes and the interior design too. Very minimalist and they prepared some cards for you to read. The only downside was the aircond can be freezing cold. So, don't order your hot coffee too early. Save it for the last.
All in all, this cafe meets my...
