I am writing this complaint because I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received at your restaurant. Your cashier (female staff) did not greet us at all. Instead, we were asked âOrdering?â in a tone that clearly showed she was not interested in serving us. It felt like we were a burden to her.
We havenât visited your restaurant in a long time and were unfamiliar with the menu, yet when we asked questions, she responded with a raised voice and a rude attitude. She asked, âWhat menu do you want?â in an annoyed, almost angry tone. To make things worse, she was slamming bread, tossing sauces, and throwing food into containers without care. There was absolutely no smile, no warmth, and no professionalism in her service. Frankly, her behaviour was disrespectful and unacceptable. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy. If your staff cannot even manage that, perhaps they shouldnât be dealing with customers at all. This experience has truly left a bad impression. I sincerely hope this is taken seriously, because if this is how customers are treated, I see no reason to return or recommend your restaurant to anyone else. The bad : There were 3 people working this morning, only 2 were working hard, another employee named R__n was acting high and mighty manning the counter. He starting giving instructions to the sandwich maker, Syed in malay and sort of scolding him in front of us. He was surprised that we understood as we defended the other guy in malay. ( bad rep, shud really reconsider if this R guy represents subway, and itâs in the morning! Chill out dude, dont spill ur toxicity in the restaurant!)
Ive been to other subways in and out of the country, all the sandwich makers will try to squeeze as much whatever you want to your sandwich ( which is what syed did đđ) but perhaps R has a different idea what subway...

Another customer in front of me pointed out that there were plenty of loaves in stock. The staff (a lady in hijab, wearing specs) simply replied: âThatâs for tomorrow, not now. Now only wrap. So you want or not?â
What makes it worse, the display clearly showed no bread at all, but in reality the bread was kept hidden inside. This feels misleading and dishonest to customers.
On top of that, for the past month there has been no egg stock at all, and the service has consistently been unpleasant. Despite repeated complaints, this outlet is still being allowed to operate with such poor standards.
This is not just disappointing⌠itâs an utter shame for Subwayâs...
