I give a rating of 2/5 because I have visited many other cat cafes, but this one has a strong smell of cat urine. Not hygiene. Even though I’m not allergic to cat, I found it uncomfortable. Additionally, the RM15 entrance fee feels unjustified given the small space. I also ordered a latte and coffee with cream, but the taste was very bland. However, the staff were very friendly, and the café offers free Wi-Fi for customers. Anyway this would be the first and last.
I noticed that other customers were not wearing masks as well, and your staff did not ask them to do so. It seems that wearing a mask is not mandatory for customers visiting your cat cafe. My family and I have been to other cat cafes like Monster Garden Cafe. Funny enough, at Luckbros, they didn’t even ask us to wear masks.
Regarding the “not hygienic” part, your cats were very friendly, sitting and playing on the tables, and your staff did not wipe the tables before serving our drinks. Come on people know already your cafe was so smelly.
Even during our visit, we noticed many people left your cat cafe because they decided not to enter after being informed of the entrance fee.
As for our order, we ordered Hershey’s Cookies and Cream. I didn’t taste any cookies or chocolate at all, even after stirring the drink; it was still bland. Please improve on this.
My apologies for exceeding the 60 minutes limit while eating there, and thank you for your kindness. However, our main point is it doesn’t make sense to pay RM15 and only stay for one hour. Good luck with your...
Read moreI had the pleasure visiting here after I stumbled upon their IG account. To enter, you have to change to slippers they provided and sanitize yourself before entering to avoid spreading any germs to the cats. I believed it was the owner who greeted me at the entrance and even though the poster said RM15 per hour, the owner said I am able to sit inside for as long as I want for just the initial price. I also wont be charge the entrance fee again even if I went out for toilet or prayers. Its a small area partitioned with glass to separate the areas between cats and eating area but still the cats can hang out with you while eating too but careful not to let them steal your food hahaha.
Don't expect to have a full meal here since they only have snacks like cakes, waffles, dim sum and few varieties of drinks. Having a full meal would end up the food goes missing by cats. I recommend the waffles best, very big and crunchy served with ice cream. They also sell some cats merchandise and cat food. I believed they sell great cakes here from mouth to mouth since they have an area to celebrate with neon happy birthday sign. You can add this place to your list to celebrate a birthday with your significant other. I wouldn't recommend to come here with many family members since the place gets packed easily. Before leaving, your clothes will definitely be full of fur but the staff have prepared a roller at...
Read moreTo get there once you're in Emporis: park nearer to the supermarket and take the escalator or lift up to level 2. If you're facing the supermarket side, go towards the right, to the outside perimeter and it's quite close.
Food: Plenty of variety of western, dimsum and lotsaaa desserts. Portions are big (for us) so memang kenyang makan. There's also kids menu of nuggets and sausages.
Experience: The cafe is nice and cozy, beautifully decorated with cat-themed items. There's pictures and names of each cat throughout the cafe. With seats next to the glass divider, the cats definitely entertain while we ate. Especially the quirky Atan. After eating, we entered the cat space for some awesome cat-therapy. Some cat treats are available for purchase if you want more attention from them 😆 The cafe is very clean and well ventilated. The cat smell, if any, is very minimal. Overall, very pleasant.
Would definitely recommend and come again....
