I’ve given this place multiple chances, but I’m done. Hygiene is a serious issue here—twice, I saw a night shift worker cough into his hand and then touch my plate and food without washing his hands. That alone is unacceptable.
On top of that, the ayam goreng is sometimes undercooked, with visible blood inside. And today was the last straw—I ordered Maggi goreng double with ayam, but the "ayam" was mostly just bones. To make it worse, the Maggi was bland, little to no taste at all.
The service is just as bad. The night shift staff often ignore customers, even when they clearly see someone waiting to pay. They just stand around, and only after a while do they finally decide to entertain the customer.
This place is open 24 hours, and maybe in the morning it’s okay since there are a lot of customers. But at night, when fewer people are around, their true colors show. If you care about hygiene, proper cooking, and decent service, avoid this place. I’m never...
