Update 5/1/2025 for pizza delivery.

Rider/app tipu tracking time. Rider arrived 11.39, delivered 11.47, tapi order x sampai lg tapi da suruh rate, ingat salah hantar da, tapi tunggu 2 minit, baru betul² sampai, please don't give false information, we are waiting, even 1 minutes is an torture, and i didn't really mind if my order was late, as I'm not really hungry. TANYA RIDER, "huh, blurr face, Terima kasih order". 😑

Upgrade 3 pizza to BURGERPIZZA, RM76.60, indah khabar dari rupa. bread dry sebab cheese sikit, sampai kena letak garlic powder kat tepi² sebab kering sangat, even meat pon sikit, sos cheese little bit salty, so they put little cheese sauce on it, lot's of pickles and onion, but little bit of meat, daging tu maybe portion untuk sebiji burger, but we are talking about burger PIZZA, so yeah disappointed.

Update on 21/7/2020 for pizza delivery.

Pizza full of cheese + cheese burst + meats so loaded, and service was fast, my pizza was hot, i love the new service. Of this place rate 10 Star i would give it 11 Star. Thanks for made my days. (It's been 2 years after my last update, just want to give it a try, so worth it, Hope they will constantly make a good service and pizza too 😉)

Been a regular online customer here,at first it was so impressive quick service,lately just the worse service ever,on their website dont even mention about store is busy,and the weather surely not raining,waited about 2 hour,presint 8 and presint 9 is so close,just 10 minute needed to arrive,so fed up with the service now,always order extra cheese for every pizza purchase,but sometimes got the pizza with little cheese,excuse me,we pay for cheese burst crust + extra cheese but didn't get the cheesezy enough (not the whole round,just for 3 slice only?not worth it) then why the heck we order extra cheese for then?and put way more tomato purees for pepperoni,thanks for all your service,but we will look for another...

I feel like dominos should revoke the franchise of this store. It used to be great, but in recent years it has declined. Probably can’t compete anymore with the food delivery apps. Once, i ordered bbq chicken pizza and the pizza was literally banjir in sauce. Tak lalu makan.

But the delivery has become terrible. Multiple times, i ordered for delivery through the dominos app and it would arrive very late. In its “live” tracker, after 20 minutes from when i ordered it says pizza is “ready in store for delivery”. But it will stay that way without any change in status for more than half an hour and i wouldn't know if my pizza is OTW or not. There is no way to call the store to check, as dominos only provides their central phone number. After calling that central number, they redirected the call to this P8 store but no one picked up. After waiting for more than an hour, my food arrived, but there were items that were missing. Multiple times this has happened. Will no longer be a customer. I hope...

oder time 7.27pm online pickup at car park.. will be delivered at the car park.. until 8.50 no sign my oder will be delivered to me.. then I have to come inside the store to pickup.. very poor experience for pick up at car park.. please let me know if u staff were to hard to get to my car that was just Infront of the store.. the sistem ask me to signal with the hazard light when I already reach the store.. done it!! but they just look me like a stupid person giving a hazard light.. what's the point of the option delivered to the parking? yet u have to come and pickup ur...
