I was on a mission to find the best all-around Indian food in tawau, and on a friend's recommendation, I decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed—this is easily the best Indian food I've had in the city. I ordered the signature banana leaf rice along with several other dishes, all of which were incredibly flavorful and delicious. Clean , and with its tasteful decor, it feels like a little piece of India. The staff are friendly and attentive, patiently explaining the menu to help us choose the perfect dishes. Very delicious food, highly recommend. Super friendly boss, the boss will even cook himself when he's there.

The spices are very fragrant since its real Indian cuisine, if you frequent mamak restaurants you'll notice the significant difference in the usage of herbs and spices. If you've never had real Biryani, then come here and try real Biryani.

Chicken and fish is very, very tender. Mutton is very flavourful. Caution of overeating due to overstimulation of appetite.

The shop is not very noticeable, it's hidden at the corner behind DrinkTea...

I previously studied in Bangalore, India for 5 years. I had always missed n longed the taste of India and this restaurant doesn't disappoint. The taste is great, there is no other biryani you can get better in Tawau, the portions is generous. Paneer Puri is great. It might not taste just exactly like in food India, but definitely the closest taste of India I had since I left India. Really really really enjoyed my time and meal here.
