The bus concept is good but service was terrible on the 5th of February 2019. Firstly the waitress said three dishes were off the menu, no cold drinks, no coconut ice cream but there’s fresh coconut juice. So we ordered 3 coconut drink, 1 Horlicks & one sausage jumbo. The Horlicks drink arrive 10mins later and after 30mins I asked the waitress where is the coconut juice. She said she’ll check & said it will take another 10-15mins as the same person doing the drinks is the same person that needs to cut open the coconut? So we waited patiently until almost noticing we have been waiting for our food-sausage jumbo for over an hour. Again, I asked the waitress. She was confused and checked with the kitchen. She said the kitchen said they were already sent to us 🤔 later food came. I requested to talk to the manager. And guess what.. She handed me the receipt, ”Nanti bayar di kaunter aa. Pasal itu makanan kami minta maaf ada maslah sistem TAPI SUDA JUGA KITA DAPAT MAKANAN KAN?".. surely you didn't get the point right? It's not about whether we get our food but getting the food in time. Imagine the table in front of us came later & already went back but our food hasn't arrived yet. Do you think it gives us a good experience? So that explains the rating. I hope you will improve your customer service and take this as a positive critique. 1 star for the...

Best place for coffee I found in Kundasang if you're a digital nomad, this is a good place to work from with the laptop. But stick to coffee, avoid the food.

They have power outlet plugs, two AC per bus.

The Latte is a bit too expensive (RM12) for its average quality (only one shot, beans quality is average), and so is the food.

The service is fast.

The fries with the burger arrived cold and undercooked, the patty of the burger was bad quality and I would have appreciated the bread to be toasted.

The soup with the bread was good. The garlic soy chicken with rice had a lot of fat on the meat, tasted so-so and even the rice was not good.

I don't like to waste food, but we couldn't finish the plates because of the poor quality sadly.

The concept of being on a bus is cool, you're protected from the rain and that's what you pay more for coming here.

I was put off at first because they ask you to pay RM5 to enter, but then you get them back by ordering coffee or food, so that's okay. Just an unnecessary paperwork ticket in my opinion, but I think I understand they have to do this otherwise people might come to hangout and use the facilities without paying.

Overall, I'll come back for coffee and work from the place, but I'll probably avoid the food next time unless I see...

Had an interesting and fun experience at BW Bus Ranau! 🚌 There are about 4 buses converted into dining spaces, and you’ll need to buy a RM5 ticket per person, which you can use to redeem for food or drinks. A pretty cool concept!

The buses are clean, comfy, and air-conditioned ❄️—each one has its own aircond and an additional air cooler to keep things chill. You can even help yourself to sauces or ketchup to suit your taste. The food choices are quite varied and appealing 🍔🍟, something for everyone!

Ordering is simple: place your order at the counter, and they’ll give you a bus number and table number. Luckily, when we went, it wasn’t crowded, so my friends and I got to choose our own seats freely. The staff were friendly and brought our food right to our seats 🍽️.

Toilets? Plenty of them and very clean 🚻. There’s also a handwashing area, and they even provide umbrellas ☔ in case it rains—super thoughtful! The place is located by the roadside and easy to find with clear signboards 🪧.

Only downside? The drinks are a bit pricey 🥤 for my liking. But overall, it's definitely worth a visit and I'd love to come back to try more from their menu. Great vibes and unique dining concept! Would recommend!

Pro Tip: Go during off-peak hours for a more...

Came here during Chinese New Year and decided to give this place a try. The entrance fee was RM5 per person. The ticket functions as a cash voucher that can be presented at the food and drinks counter for a discount. We had to wait for an hour because the place was full. So we ordered the coconut ice-cream (RM6 each) to enjoy while waiting. The taste of the ice-cream is so-so. When it was finally our turn, we were told to order our food before proceeding to bus number 1 to sit. We ordered the burgers (RM20+), mushroom soup with toast (RM12) and ginger beer (RM12). The taste of the food and drinks is okay but do not expect too much from it. The concept of the place is interesting. It's nice to enjoy the view from inside the bus but the interior is not cooling enough (we went there in the afternoon). I'd recommend to provide customers a way to contact the staff if you need their service. For now, we can only catch them when they are bringing the other customer's food over. Also, a handwashing area inside the bus would be great. The toilets are clean. Food is okay but a little bit pricey. E-wallet payment is accepted. Staff are friendly. Overall, it's a nice place to visit except for the long waiting time during holiday season.
