货不对版 and bad service!

Ordered a plate of capsicum and black bean pork rice. but what was served was only black bean pork rice. The staff didn't inform anything. When pay the bill, I asked the lady boss why there was no capsicum in it, she said it was out of stock. but I still had to pay RM12 for the rice...Very dissatisfied with it..

At least you need to inform the customer whether it's available or not when ordering. Don't just keep silent there and at the end still ask the customer to pay full amount of the food...

Ordered wet butter pork chop rice and cha sao egg rice and sweet potato leaf vegetable. After 10mins, waiter said they don’t have the vegetable dish and I ordered broccoli. Another 10mins he came back saying that they are out of it and suggested cauliflower instead. I said no and don’t want any vegetable dish anymore. Just bring the food out. Foods here are delicious and price is surprisingly very affordable. I like their Sandakan Springy noodles for breakfast. Their (皮蛋餃) century or preserved egg pork meat dumplings is highly recommended. Delicious and economical. However, their customer service could be better. Otherwise, I would have given them a higher rating. But then again, this is a typical Chinese run coffee shop. Higher customer service standard may not be their priority. What a shame.
