Always been our go to place to eat when visiting Ranau ,but my recent experience is not really good regarding the service ..several waiters passing by, they saw me sitting at a table and no one bother to even ask if i've ordered despite the constant eye contact ,so i raised my hand to get their attention and no one's batting an eye bc they no longer aware of my presence ..finally one waiter out of no where noticed me ,he don't have note pad and pen with him so i assumed he'll just remember the orders ..several minutes later another waiter came to me and asked to repeat the orders bc he had forgotten it? ..i really hope they'll improve the service quality bc they have such a good reputation at least...

Average. I personally think this place is inconsistent. I think the staffs sometimes are friendly. Other times, they're not... and not quick enough to take your order. In terms of cleanliness, its not that clean, maybe B-/C rated. Some more, this is an open space eating place and expect people smoking around you. If you don't like smokes, better find another place or maybe you can come here when you're sure there's no one smoking.
