If you're looking for a fantastic Chinese seafood restaurant in Kudat, look no further than Sungai Wang. This restaurant is well-known for its delicious and fresh seafood dishes, which are served at affordable prices.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel comfortable and taken care of throughout your meal.

The seafood dishes at Sungai Wang are the real highlight, and there are plenty of options to choose from. From the succulent prawns to the mouth-watering crabs and fish, every dish is cooked to perfection and seasoned with a unique blend of Chinese spices and herbs.

My 1st time visit to Kudat. I was abit hesitate with the previous rating and have no choice most of the shop closed hence came here today 1.20pm for lunch the shop is super pack and crowded. Just pick random choice of food such as fish slice onion ginger, kangkung belacan, fried tofu and butter prawn . The waiting time was disaster as we only received our food 2.30pm and was informed that only 1 cook available. To my surprise the food was so good I have no regret but unfortunately did not able to take any photos as my phone battery drained out. For 5 pax the bill was 140 which was...

We got steamed white fish, chef special tofu, sweet & sour battered fish slice & fish maw soup. The standard of the food has dropped significantly. The head chef was no longer in the kitchen. Steam fish was too salty with soy sauce, sweet & sour fish was no enough sauce and the batter was too thick. The text texture of the tofu is not silky smooth and the sauce flavour was just corn starch and soy. Fish maw in the soup was very little. Generally diaappointing. So we are looking elsewhere for our...

Deceivingly humble looking restaurant that serves solid food for the weary travelers. Go for their signature tofu, salad prawns and their fried chicken! Edit: revisit on October 2019 Food is still good with very good value, place is a tad dated but hey it is part of the vibe. Tried their fried chicken with salad and it was great, dried butter prawn was decent while the signature tofu still rocked.

Place is a bit dirty Infront and especially at the back of the restaurant, washroom is terrible, food is Okay but slightly expensive compared to KK town seafood. But if you're looking for non halal food it is okay to drop by here. But for Local kudat Peeps this place is nostalgic popular for dinner and lunch. Open at 10pm.

Food quantity, portion and taste are great. Serve quite fast and staffs know the dish well and u can order in Chinese despite they r minority ethnic. Just that the place is a bit run down. Other than that, all good. Must try their fried chicken. Taste good, salty with pepper and juicy!
