The place is convenient to reach and the atmosphere is good too. More important the laksa there is superb. Well since sarawak laksa and peninsula laksa is quite different and I am scared before I tried it but after I tried it, I will say sarawak laksa is my favourite laksa of all time especially laksa from this store. The broth is thick and flavorful, you can taste the aromatic broth is boiled from raw material instead so sauce pack or MSG cube. The noodle is perfectly done too, they choose to use thin, curly and less chewy noodle. The noodle successfully bring up the broth everytime we tried to eat it. One of the hit is the sambal they provide, I will say that the sambal is made by themselves and it is a sour-with-spice kind of sambal. Normally the sambal wouldn't fit in majority dishes but the laksa is an exception. They balance the sambal and laksa perfectly that every mouthful of laksa with sambal will bring a...

At first I were very skeptical of it since the shop owner were bragging about his shop serve the tastiest SARAWAK Laksa in Samarahan. For the sake of curiosity, I just go ahead and order a bowl of laksa special (RM10). To my surprise, the broth were extremely flavorful. The shrimp were freaking fresh and big, let alone the portion of it were big enough to be considered satisfying. That was when I become the regular of this shop on weekly basis as the laksa here were close being the best laksa in Kuching (no joke). The other menu were no less tasty for sure. It is a solid spot for breakfast. The laksa alone were enough to attract both muslim and non-muslim to came here. 1 star less to improve the staff customer service....
Read moreThe waiters will welcome you when you arrived and politely thank you upon leaving. +1. I only tried the normal laksa because this Restaurant have their own unique signature. To short-review it critically: The taste between different ingredients are well balanced to each other, it's your typical laksa that have the same texture at most places. The thing that makes their laksa stands out different than other place's laksa is the aroma, when the noodles(along with little amount of the laksa soup) entered your mouth, your nostril will be bombarded with a fragrant that is only unique from this place. The entire taste of the laksa can be further enhanced by putting some limes and belacan/sambal both of which are provided. You must put these two in order to strengthen the taste of their laksa. +2. This place is good for you to go and try the laksa...
