To Owner Marrybrown Miri, yes you. I see alot of services complain, but never take action to improve. The service is slow, everything prepare by one staff that take the order. Other staff at the back never trying to assist. I order kids meal chicken burger no veggies, cashier shout out to kitchen no veggies chix bgr. Then come out with normal chicken burger with lettuce. Expect me to check when long queue? Come on supervisor.. Supervisor saw the crowd but never try to help others. Maybe their think not paying to extra jobs. Not think about they own team. Please improve your service staff make it smooth. If cannot afford staff, do kisok self services order, change the work flow and change the supervisor. If all of this failed, you better...

Came here for breakfast around 10-11am, very crowded. The management coped with crowds, which is good. The menu is great, my family had 5pcs chicken and 1 bubur ayam (really good and recommended!)

When its crowded, you will notice there are people who are done with their meal but won't leave, management should ask them to move out so new customers can dine-in.
