yesterday (13/9/2024) around 9 malam lebih kamek ada order satay, masa order ya mek tanyak lah berapa total semua then terus bayar using the CASH berjumlah RM12 to lelaki yang tengah panggang satay masa ya. nya ambik duit ya then kamek pegi lah ke meja makan.
maka bermulalah kejadian pertama
laki yang serve kamek tadik anta order then nya padah “RM13 bang” so kamek padah “kamek dah bayar tadik masa kitak tengah panggang satay” alu nya tek cam eran “eh belom kitak bayar” mek padah lah “udah bayar” alu nya pegi sambil garuk palak kali tengah pike mek orang tok bulak nya sikda bayar sedangkan ALREADY PAID BY CASH.
pasya laki mek tek pike “bukan kah masa rah stall tadik dah bayar RM12” alulah lepas makan mek duak pegi stall ya balit dengan niat nak bayar yang kurang RM1.
then kejadian keduak yang sik diingini berlaku, pun berlaku
laki mek tanyak lah “berapa tek bang” nya jawab “RM13” okay laki mek bayar lah RM1 yang kurang ya by QR PAYMENT. pasya tunjok lah payment ya dengan laki yang serve mek duak tadik. terus nya nerit “aih kenak RM1 jak? RM12 belom gik” aih mek duak tek alu pelik “kan dah bayar tadik pake CASH” nya jawab “sikda pun mek terimak duit ya” aku apa gik “orang padah dah bayar” alu nya ngeluar duit dari poket seluar nya nunjok sikda pun duit yang diberik mek orang ngan nya (cuma ada RM50 RM10 RM5 jak) jadi mek duak pun pelik sine tuju duit ya? alu lah laki mek padah “sikpa aku berik balit jak satay tok. duit yang kitak orang ambik ya aku haramkan” pasya aku tek madah “sikpa ada cctv, kita tengok dari sia. udah madah bayar agik juak”
then mek duak pegi lah cashier minta tengok cctv ya tapi MALANGNYA sikpat tengok sebab jaoh dari stall ya at the same time cctv ya kotor so sik berapa jelas! zoom pun belom tentu nampak. then staff cashier ya suroh lah mek duak kelaka ngan owner pak amit. bila dah jelaskan semuanya terus owner ya tek suroh call ngan owner satay ya dirik pun.
call lah kamek duak tek kejap pake phone laki mek kejap pake phone kamek. setelah bebelas kali call, baruk nya angkat. pasya bincang punya bincang secara baik dengan owner satay, nya pun DAH MINTA MAAF bagi belah pihak staff nya and padah “mungkin sidak kepak” but nak madah oh kerja ne jak sik kepak. ya bukan satu alasan to treat your customer like that. fikir lah, tanpa customer who will give you KEUNTUNGAN. please lah, belajar to talk and treat your customer nicely ya owner and staff. one more thing, THANKS TO THE OWNER TOO sebab before mek duak pergi nya suroh ambik balit satay ya.
tamat. tok lah pengalaman pahit lah juak bagi kamek di sia. sebelom tok kede satay ya sikda juak masalah, tapi entah lah kenak marek boleh jadi camya. apa yang mek dapat padah better pay using qr or transfer cause mun anything happen can tengok transaction history bah. sebab apa mek sik suka bayar pake cash? kejadian macam tok lah kita sik tauk bah niat nya apa bagus kah jaik. kamek tok memang cashless tapi oleh kerana that cash is my mom pun and nya pesan to buy the satay. so conclusion nya, order dolok then bila dah hantar di meja baruk bayar (if using CASH). thats all, thankyou...

Read moreMain problem is not their food.. luckyly their food is among the best and delicious in city but the problem is, they have to improve their service.. every person in charge busy with themselves.. same as any pak amit's branch like jalan kulas dll.. u can read about it in Kuching Food Critic FB page.. its their main issues n never been solved.. always the same until now year 2022++++ maybe forever.. any staff not interested to know or wanted to ask about what their customer want to eat when you standing near their stall to take order.. its self service okay.. U can stand there like statute if you want..no body care. if u want to wait so long n have plenty time to waste..u can wait for waiter/waiteres to serve you. Floor and place quite dirty.. if you lucky, u will see cashier at the counter.. almost everytime..no cashier at the counter..you have to wait until another 2/3 customer line up or gathering...
