5 star applies locally only, maybe the best seafood restaurant in Mukah. Food was all seasoned very well, maybe on the heavier side, definitely will suit the general population's taste. They have a mosquito situation in the evenings as expected as the restaurant is by the riverside. They staffs prepares incense repellent but mosquitoes are rampant. Not a deal breaker...yet...if you can put up with being bitten, atmosphere is excellent. staffs are friendly and knowledgeable regarding the produces. Highly recommend the crab with salted egg sauce. The Umai Jeb is a must try, maybe the best in Mukah as well, the fish in the Umai is brought to life with the dipping sauce. 2 thumbs up....

Read moreThis is the only place that I would recommend for dinner at Mukah, the environment is really nice but remember to wear long pant or bring some oil to rub on your skin, as the mosquitoes also want to eat. He he. Most important is, when you eat the food there, you will forgot the existence of the mosquitos😂. U must or the Umai mix with onion and lime, as well as the tofu with long bean. We have tried the tomyam soup and midin too, but tasted normal. Will definitely visit this place again...
