Share Tea is my favorite place to chill and enjoy a nice drink. However, I believe your staff could benefit from training on how to handle apologies when mistakes occur.

The first time I ordered through Foodpanda, there was a mix-up with my order, but I reordered without asking for a refund. On my second visit, I walked into the shop and faced another issue with my order. I calmly explained the mistake to your staff and asked them to make the correct drink, but I didn’t receive an apology. Instead, the staff made it seem like it was my fault.

I've noticed main issues actually. first, the cashier received my order but didn’t communicate it clearly to the drink maker.

Some of your staff come across as rude and not very friendly. I recommend improving communication and social skills among your team. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from Share Tea Senadin...

I stand in front of counter..saw two guys in front of me but they busy on their own preparing food..fine..I wait almost 2mins..they still continue to do their own things..calling them 1st time…no answer me..calling them 2nd time..ask me wait…excuse me??what preparation so important then can ignore a customer order??are you business soo good so can ignore my order? Bad experience on this..worst service...

Clean and comfortable premises, reasonable prices, yummy snacks & drinks. I love the fact you can customise the sugar level for your drinks. Definitely will go again whenever I am in Senadin area. Great place for family & kids, they even have board...
