Disappointed services , but still can improve if supervisor can play their roll model well..

No one come to take order even i aware there is a technology to call your staff to take order ( waiting range 15-20min) I believe your supervisor aware im new customer enter your premise on that time and im not use service button to call your staff to take order.. 3.there is a 3 table empty inside , and when i take a seat inside the premise , 2 empty cups are still not taken/clean on my table by your staff and i believe this is 3-5 minutes customer ago..

A very high standards ambience for a kopitiam yet that's just what suits for a classy clans while enjoying their local cendol or ABC desserts while having an extraordinaire small chat sessions.. a very presentable waitrers & waitresses yet they do need to be more alert about their customer's needs & comforts like a proper wiped clean table, a flies existing inside the premise & or even their eye glance at their patrons as they enter the premise.. don't blame them for their naivety as this should be taught by their respective management.. i was in F&B, even to be a waiter you have to attend a course! Trust me, it ain't easy...

Very poor service...out of the 4 of the meals orderred 3 of it where to be cancelled because due to inadequacy to be prepared by the staff...all this after 30 mins of waiting for the aformentioned orders..then when we retry to order a toast, the staff in the vicinity were arguing with one another shouting profanities without a single concern of the customers in the shop. After all that, the food deliverred arrived, which just looked like some microwaved leftovers...All in all, a horrible experince & thanks for ruining my day!! Ps.
