A pleasure of visiting Kebun Cafe, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Nestled right beside a charming farm, the cafe offers a cozy environment that's perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
One of the standout features of Kebun Cafe is their fantastic cakes and pastries. Each bite was a burst of flavor and made with evident care and attention to detail. The freshness of the ingredients, perhaps sourced from the neighboring farm, truly shines through in every mouthful. Whether you're a fan of rich chocolate cakes, delicate fruit tarts, or flaky pastries, you're in for a treat.
Speaking of the farm next door, it's a brilliant addition to the cafe's ambiance. You can enjoy your coffee and dessert while overlooking the lush greenery, creating a serene and picturesque setting that's a breath of fresh air – quite literally.
However, there is one small drawback – the limited serving tables. Due to the cafe's popularity and the limited seating available, you may have to wait for a table during peak hours. Nevertheless, the delicious cakes and pastries and the overall atmosphere more than make up for this minor inconvenience.
In conclusion, Kebun Cafe is a hidden gem for cake and pastry enthusiasts. It offers a unique experience with its farmside location, fresh produce store, and mouthwatering desserts. Just be prepared to be patient if it's crowded, but I assure you, it's well worth the wait for a slice of...
Read moreI encounter very bad experiences here. First when i enter theres 2 empty table (both table located beside of each other) i sat at 1 table and my husband sat at another table bcs i come with another group of friends yang belum reach there yet but suddenly theres 1 family come sat at the big table (the waiters there hv the audacity to ask my husband move from the big table) then come another family of 4 sit at the table that i already stand beside. When i said this is my table she said the waiters ask them to sit there??? Suddenly the waiter ask me to wrote my name in waiting list. (Noted: i come first before the 2 family and no one behind us before that). And when i was arguing about why they give the table to customer the one of the waiters didnt even speak with me she just speak with the other customer (not in english/malay language) . Their boses/ senior who are the one that told me to wrote my name in waiting list.
Shortly after that (5 mins i think) there empty table and they give me the table and i ordered drinks and cake. After that another big table empty so they tried to offer me the table because i think they saw me marah marah and complaint to my friends about their colleagues actions/behaviours.
Food: cake was fine. Just nice 6/10 bur very pricey i think 1 slice for rm15?? They spanish latte 5/10, not pekat more to watery i think i pay...
Read moreWhen it comes to nature-themed cafés with a natural setting, there aren’t many in Malaysia—unlike in Thailand. This makes our visit to this rare gem even more special, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
KH Guide & Rating: • Accessibility: ★★☆☆☆ (A bit hidden, but a true hidden gem.) • Cleanliness: ★★★★☆ (It’s a farm, so expectations shouldn’t be too high, but at least there were no visible flies.) • Ambience: ★★★★☆ (Could have been 4.5, but the indoor seating area had strong sound reflections, making conversations quite loud.) • Food Quality: ★★★★☆ (Mocha was excellent, with a rich coffee and chocolate aroma. Despite not being a cheese fan, I found their Oreo cheesecake outstanding. The scone was above average and larger than the market standard.) • Special Drinks: The Pandan Lemongrass is a must-try! • Pricing: ★★★☆☆ (Reasonable for the quality.) • Attentiveness: ★★★★☆ (Service was decent.) • Would Visit Again?: Yes, whenever I’m...
