If you want a comfortable environment & also have a proper order system, you can drop by old town to have your meal. The staff here are well train & the food quality is there. Previously they don’t have much choice but now there are a wide variety of food to choose from (dim sum, spaghetti). They offer affordable set meals & food taste good. The food portion is good. I love eating old town white coffee menu but here the waiter hard to communicate in Malay and English. Few times dishes came incomplete set. When requested something its like the dont understand. My case they always forgot the soup that come together with the meals not one but almost everytime i dined in. Or is it purposely will not serve if not requested. Sometimes drinks wrongly served. I thought my hand written maybe bad to read but when other family member do the order written same problem happened. If not because i love eating Chinese cuisine i would not visit this place...

The menu is confusing, 2 sets lunch promo but the code was for Ala carte. We passed the ordering slip to the staff, there’s no repeating of the order. The staff don’t allow to cancel order and replace to the promo sets. We paid even more. Manager Macik blame us for not checking with them? Hello! How would we know your menu design and item codes indicated wrongly? Once you order means that’s it.
