The food was disappointing, especially the butter prawns, which were flavorless. The rest of the dishes didn’t justify the high prices either. The manager’s handling of the situation was unprofessional—she was sarcastic with both the staff and customers. We accidentally placed an extra order, and when we tried to cancel it five minutes later, she became defensive and insisted that cancellations weren’t possible since the food was already being prepared. Shortly after, the staff came to inform us that our order had been sent to the kitchen. This situation needs to be addressed seriously, as we spent about RM 1200 for a meal for 10 people, and there was no complimentary Chinese tea. The management, or dealership principal, needs to take action. The manager needs training on how to treat both staff and customers respectfully. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, but she was acting as if it was overloaded. If the manager led by example, the staff would likely follow suit. No “thank you” was offered for our support. The only reason I gave any stars was because Google requires it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have rated it. My whole group was disappointed by her attitude, and I’ve seen many other reviews mentioning this issue with no change. I hope the dealership principal takes...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mohd Chan Restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu offered a delightful variety of authentic Chinese dishes prepared in accordance with Muslim dietary laws, which added a unique and delicious twist to the traditional Chinese cuisine.

The flavors were exquisite, and the use of halal meats and ingredients ensured that every dish was not only delicious but also aligned with my dietary preferences. From the aromatic stir-fries to the savory dumplings, every dish was a delight to the senses.

What truly stood out to me was the sense of cultural fusion and inclusivity that the restaurant embodied. It provided a wonderful opportunity to savor Chinese cuisine while respecting Muslim dietary restrictions, creating a welcoming space for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Location: Getting here is easy, you can see the signboard from a distance. Parking space is ample, few immediately in front of restaurants, while the rest are at the basement. Generally safe, but exercise your cautious.

Food: Mohd Chan has been consistent in whatever location, everything was on point, the taste, the size etc. The portion can be satisfactory for each dish, so do contain the excitement in placing order. But we can request takeaway for leftovers anyway.

Services: Prompt, swift and friendly. Menu via QR only (Maxis and Celcom had worst service here, thank God they have free wifi). Delivery was automated by Klugbot which has minimal to zero hiccups. Waiting time was reasonable, in fact earlier than we anticipated (compared to other Mohd Chan or other Chinese Muslim restaurant we have been.

Ambience: Exclusive. Cleanliness was top notch. Efforts were seen in decorating the restaurants to be welcoming and insta-worthy.

Highly recommended. Will definitely go here again....
