Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

longest wait ever experienced at any food outlet in my whole life. Came in at 6 :05pm to buka puasa but was told its fully booked. At 6:15 we opt to takeaway instead as they told us it’ll take 40 minutes to be ready. came back at 7:15 to collect and its still not ready. One girl(big & chubby) staff I asked told me “tak tau la bang bila order siap” as she walked away. the other young thin girl was polite, thank god. I was about to get really mad because no ETA was given at 8pm but at the time some of the dine-in customers are complaining about the food. THEY CAME BEFORE ME AND ORDERED BEFORE 6PM! buka puasa was at 7:20PM. One family of 5 got only 1 glass of drink for their table! 1 dine-in pakcik and his big family walked out to look for other restaurant (he showed me he paid RM126 before 6PM and only received mushroom soup!).

Finally my order arrived at 8:25PM, but wrong pizza size(got personal instead of regular size). Again, have to wait. Kesian my 2 little daughters nasib baik got some snack to eat. finally our pizza arrived at 8:43PM. took 2 hour plus from order to deliver.

I understand that this was at peak hour, but dont take orders you can’t commit. dont say 40 minutes and later become 2 hours plus. Please manage customer expectations. Saw the girl supervisor/manager hiding in the kitchen/office, maybe scared to go out on the floor. I was shocked by the number of negative reviews here on google. let me add another one. The food tasted good for me but SUPER BAD SERVICE.

The worst service ever. Pizza Hut service level and food quality has dropped for the longest time already. It's been years since I ordered Pizza Hut because of this issue. I always got Dominos pizza ever since. Thought to give another chance to Pizza Hut but biggest regret.

I called Pizza Hut and placed an order on 4th Feb 2023@7.33pm, the male customer service said will get my order in 1 hour only and I said ok, pls do expedite because I'm ordering for kids. He said he will put a note there. So I didn't get my pizza at 8.33pm.

Called them at 8.37pm and they said will call me back in 5 mins. No call received and I was calling back to back till 9.45pm. Was waiting for an operator to answer but I was on call waiting like 4 times and it got disconnected, everytime the call disconnected, I would call back but no one got back to me. Not even the store manager at Pizza Hut Rawang. 9.58pm the store manager called me and claimed they didn't had my number and address, and they have arranged food panda to deliver my order now. Like how? Can you do that, call me and claim you don't have my number. And the arrange for food panda when you claim you don't have my address. It's ridiculous. If this issue is not highlighted to the necessary people and departments in Pizza Hut, then I honestly think you guys pls shut down already. The worst ever thing is I ordered for kids and they...

They just recently renovated (Feb 2023). Still look empty even in the weekend.

Service has been quite terrible. 1)No one greets us at the front, unlike other pizza hut. 2) they closed half of the store without any signage. 3) ask us to move to other place, but didn't even give us the QR code to order. 4) had to called few of the staff only after few attempts one of them came to us. 5) all of them just sit at one place and gossiping. 6)placed our order, and the food arrived at expected time. 7) ordered stuff crust pizza, but just received normal pizza 8) called the staff and explained that this is not the pizza we ordered (my kid have eat it). 9) with annoying face she says there's not enough cheese and then they just put the chees on top. In my heart i was like "i ate pizza hut before u were born, i know all this things better than u". 10) But i didn't complained anything, control my composure, i just asked her to remove the stuff crust fee from the bill. 11) with annoying face, she left and join the group continue gossiping. 12) we finished, i went to payment counter which is empty, and had to called them few times. 13) I paid, and as I walked away from the restaurant, i looked at the bill... OK thats it, I'm gonna write this review.

I hope the owner of this pizza hut branch change all the staff including the manager, no effort...
