I went there yesterday, and ordered 3 items. Bento, salmon nishoku and MISO SOUP. And i got charged with 3 times packaging charges. which is RM1.50 x 3. At first i was asking the waiter or worker there, why 3 times. normally restaurant charge only one time. then she says, oh this is automatic when she enter the order. Then I was like oh okay. After 20-30 mins my order was ready, and fortunately I check before I take the foods. THERE IS NO MISO SOUP! ONLY GOT SACHET OF MISO SOUP WHICH I NEED TO MIX WITH HOT WATER MYSELF??? and i got charged with packaging charge???? The malay waiter (female) was telling me that normally take away the give sachet. I was like?? And then the indian supervisor or manager or wtever, telling me that they dont have the packaging. They run out the packaging box. So then why charged me with the packaging charges?? I ordered miso soup as per item in the menu which miso soup consist of soup, seaweed and tofu. And im paying the same amount as in dine in price. So why am i getting only sachet??! SUSHI KING PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO ANSWER TO CUSTOMER RATHER THAN MAKING THEMSELVES AS A JOKE. I will never return...

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor service and staff who seemed not well-trained. I was told I could redeem a free black plate sushi, but ended up being charged because my meal was under the 3-6 promoāwrong information all around. The sushi on the auto platform looked poorly presented and was low quality. After finishing my meal, only part of my condiments (butter) were brought, and I was told I should have asked for them earlier. The staff kept making mistakes, and overall, the service felt slack. Then the staff should have the courtesy to inform us that it would be ready in 40mins +, and not blaming the customer for asking a fresh one which they told us would be ready in 20mins.
