Don't order the breakfast & drinks combo... It was poorly prepared. I ordered the Tuna Croissant & Coffee combo. As per the picture, there was no tomato, very small amount of.tuna and no creamer for the coffee. When asked about creamer from the staff, their reply was simply we don't have creamer here, just sugar. What respectable coffee joint only has sugar and no creamer... Even McDonald's coffee comes with as much sugar & creamer as you want. Please improve .. I come here weekly, but this is my 1st review of this outlet due to 5he disappointment of the food & service...

It was good experience at Gloria Jean’s Coffees HP UPM Serdang. The place is clean and comfy, and the staff are quite attentive and friendly. My coffee was good, I think they have it dark roasted and mean to be with sugar or any sweet. I am so happy that they let me use a mug instead of a single-use cup, great for the sustainable touch! There’s enough space to sit and wait comfortably, and I think it’s awesome that they remind customers to clean up the table after themselves. More cafés should do that! I went to gloria Jean today with my mom and we ordered an iced Caramel Latte and an iced Americano. The coffee tasted burnt, and didn't taste good at all. My mom told the staff about the burnt coffee taste and they just said "Huh" and didn't apologize to us. Also, they just added a little sugar syrup to my mom's coffee ( Ice caramel latte ) making it worse. We don't finish our coffee and throw it away.
