the service issok. one of the staff seems nice. its just the system feels unfair. wehad to order online and there was issue with connection. we are not use to the system so fast forward we accidently ordered the same thing twice. and they say because it straight away send to the system so we cant cancel one of the order. they havent event made the food yet. we just submitted the order. it is not like we cancel after we ordered in long time. because somehow it cant be deleted from the system and we had to pay twice the amount. you guys want to be modernized by having such digital convenience yet somehow cant delete order from the system? sounds like traditional way end up being more conveninent. what if there are elderly who are also not used to the system and accidently made the same mistake as us?poor them. it just feels...

Came to try the promotional menu, the nasi kerabu but it was out of stock. So i ordered curry laksa, but sambal was not given.. only tells it is out of stock when I asked. Request to use a voucher from the app at the counter but the staff keep asking me to order through the qr code, even though it is mentioned to meet the staff for redemption (maybe not used to the reward redemption).
