I stayed here for work. I called ahead the day before and initially booked 5 rooms. The lady boss called me twice on the day of check-in to confirm the rooms. ||||After checking in, we decided we only needed 4 rooms. I spoke to the counter staff, he was very friendly. I explained the situation and he let me return the room for the money I paid.||||Five minutes later, I got a very very angry call from the boss of the hotel. She ordered me to checkout all the 4 rooms that I had now, saying that I did not keep my promise. She had to decline other customers and was very unhappy. I tried to explain to her about the change but she was very angry. I said, it's OK if I can't change, I'll return the money and take back the room.||||She continued to scold me for the next few minutes, saying she wouldn't accept, and insisted that we checkout immediately. ||||To me, this is where I draw the line. It was my fault that I made the change, but her counter staff allowed me to do it. The staff should be trained to say no, if changes can't be made. And she could have spoken to me nicely instead of shouting. In the end, I insisted on getting back the room and the issue was settled.||||Rooms wise, the price is reasonable. For RM48 you get a queen sized bed, air-conditioning, TV, toilet and hot shower. Warning though, a lot of the rooms do not have windows, rooms are stuff and many of the rooms smell like smoke (we had five rooms). There is also drinking water in the hallway. The rooms and hallways are reasonably clean.||||To change the temperature of the air conditioning, I had to go to the counter to ask for a remote, as it wasn't provided in the rooms.||||The place did seem dodgy, like the previous review mentioned. We had to wait for an hour for one of the rooms to be ready. We arrived at 8pm and the previous customer was allowed to checkout at 8.30pm. I strongly do not recommend families staying here, or bringing children here, as the customers that frequent this hotel looked questionable.||||Stay here if you...
Read moreIndeed this place was the cheapest place to stay in Putrajaya...but it was a very terrible one. Untidy hotel with BIG mosquitoes inside the room. the bed seemed a mess. There were also mosquito blood marks on the walls. If you want to stay here, make sure to bring a mosquito repellant lotion. No available hot water for coffee. The AC did not work in the first 3 hours, but the room became cool afterwards - it looked like it was not cleaned for a decade or so.||||Transportation? While there can be access to taxis, the care taker told us to take the bus instead. The bus passes by this Inn once every hour. for 2RM, we were at the putrajaya sentral already for our melaka trip.||||Lesson: avoid this inn...||||by the way, Agoda priced us double the original price of this inn which is from...
