Here’s what I ordered and my full review is below ⬇️ ps everything here is so so good 😍😍❤️ you won’t regret visiting this cafe!! 🌟 1. EGG & CHEESE GOLDEN TOASTIE (RM22) - fluffy eggs and mozzarella cheese in golden buttered milk loaf 🧀🥪 2. OMU DUCKY DON (RM19) - pan seared smoked duck with omu egg on japanese pearl rice. 🦆 served with sprouts 🌱 3. OMU CURRY RICE (RM24) - handmade chicken meatballs served with japanese curry (contains potato, carrot & onion), omu on japanese pearl rice 🥘🍚 4. STRAWBERRY CROFFLE WITH ICE CREAM (RM21) 🍓🧇 5. CHOC BROWNIE WITH ICE CREAM (RM16) 🍦🍫 6. STRAWBERRY LATTE (RM12) 🥛🍓 Verdict: Nestled in a growing township lies a gastronomic gem that serves warm, soothing meals that sates and nurtures the soul. 🥰 By far one of the best cafes I have visited ❤️ Their menu is simple yet everything served was spot on and comforting 👍🏻 Simplicity at its finest! The toastie was the bomb 🤩 I loved the milk loaf used as it remained soft throughout our meal even after it became cold 🤭 The scrambled eggs sandwiched between the buttery bread was eggcellent ⭐️ So fluffy, creamy and further enhanced with cheesy goodness 🤤 The sandwich was glistening from a mile away with its bright golden hue from the eggs and cheese 😋 Comfort food which made my heart melt after my first bite ❤️ Next up is their Omu curry rice!! Y’all already know how good their scrambled eggs are but this dish is even better because, not only does it come with their signature omelette, but it also consists of their homemade meatballs 🤩 Their chicken meatballs are soft and tender, perfect meat to breadcrumbs ratio and it was gorgeously round 😍 The shape was immaculate and I was stunned to find out that they were handmade because they were flawless! The thick Japanese curry was also all-out enjoyable with yummy chunks of potatoes and carrots 😋 Also enjoyed their omu ducky don - the smoked duck was pan seared perfectly, witnessed by the beautiful shade of pink formed at the centre; a thick layer of fat surrounded every slice of smoked duck to give it a nice chew, making it juicier than ever 🫦 Desserts here are astounding. They do the normal ones like brownies, cakes and croffles but what makes them special is the quality of it 🌟 Brownie was very rich and chocolatey, a decadent cube of bitter sweet goodness 👍🏻 Croffles were beautiful inside out - presentation was insta worthy 🌸, croffle itself was cooked just right (not too crispy nor too soft), strawberry sauce was sweet and the Oreo crumbs made it all the better 🥰 Anything cafe serves food & drinks that will instantly brighten your day and boost your mood 🌝

A quiet cafe with Japanese & Western Food in Temasya 8 Glenmarie. They got very simple design with some arts stick around the wall. The seating also come with some comfy pillow. They provide physical menu & can make order via their QR (feedme). 3 of us ordered 2 mains & 1 dessert. They serve free plain water in a bottle. Curry Katsu Rice, it’s a very common Japanese dish, & they get this dish done fantastic. The katsu chicken is so crispy for the texture & so juicy for the meat. Portion of rice & curry gravy is just nice & love the texture of potato & carrot. It boost my appetite & wanting to eat more. Apple Katsu Curry Golden Toastie, very unique combination of sweet (Apple) & salt (Chicken Katsu Curry). It taste fantastic! We ended with a dessert Banana Loaf with Ice Cream & Banana Brulee. At 1st I thought it was toast by not reading the description, but it turn up to be banana loaf. The combination is surprisingly good with Vanilla Ice Cream on top, banana brûlée in the middle & banana loaf at the bottom. Not too sweet, & a good dessert to wrap up. They accept DuitNow QR payment. The staff also explain due to unexpected parking charge by the building management, they actually give parking rebate for the customer based on spending, RM1 rebate for RM30 & above, RM2 for RM50 & above, RM3 for RM100 & above. Will I come again? Definitely yes! 2nd visit on November 2023 Come alone this time in a weekday lunch hour. Very crowded compare to the 1st time I visited during weekend. Service is not so good as the staff obviously too busy. Saw the staff serve water to some table but I doesn’t treat the same. Ordered Omu Curry Rice, come with chicken meatballs. The egg is nice but the meatball is a bit too salty. Not a good place to work as the music is too loud & too many customer need a table to have their lunch.

Quirky Hours, Curious Choices – A Café with More Potential than Punch Dropped by Anything Café for a dinner visit and found myself pondering if the name was a nod to the menu or just the overall philosophy. First things first – the operating hours. The café opens at 9am and, quite puzzlingly, closes by 7pm. But don’t get too comfortable with that number – by 6:30pm, the “Open” sign magically flips to “Closed”, and any hopefuls strolling in past 6:35pm will be politely turned away. Dinner service, it seems, is more of a suggestion than a promise. As for the food – let’s just say it seems to have travelled more than I did to get there. Most items appear to emerge straight from tin cans or frozen packets and are promptly air-fried or microwaved into existence. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to eat from a convenience store aisle with café pricing, this is your place. One could argue it's not so much dining as it is defrosting with flair. There’s a strong sense the café may be run by someone who either fancied “café owner” as a résumé booster, or perhaps had a bit of extra cash lying about and thought, “Why not?” The atmosphere leans heavily into what feels like a private club of churchgoing regulars, making outsiders feel like extras on the set. In its current form, the essence of a genuine food and beverage outlet is noticeably absent. But not all hope is lost. With a bit of vision – say, hiring a proper chef (a real one, with knives and all) and rethinking the operating hours to actually welcome diners – the rest may just fall beautifully into place. Here’s hoping for a brighter, fresher future. The space has potential. It just needs more than “anything” to get there.
