The worst experience ever I experienced in a restaurant. The service is extremely bad. I ordered the nasi lemak with the fried chicken together with my colleague. They both got their order but mine didn’t came because they are out of fried chicken.
So I asked the waiter to check my order but they didn’t seem to care. And I waited for the next batch and I thought finally my food will come but then I saw they deliver to other table which orders later than me. Isn’t it common sense to serve the one who ordered first or is it too much to ask. The Indian manager at that branch also did the worst job and did not show any professionalism in dealing with the matter. I was expecting for her to at least apologise for the inconvenience cause but she did not even address the matter.
So all in all would not come back and would like the management or someone with credibility to address this issue with me.
FYI I did not have any breakfast prior and was excited to have some lunch after a long half day of work, instead I left with extreme hunger and have to bear with it the whole day since my lunch time is already over and have to wait until dinner to finnaly eat something. Thank you Ali, Muthu & Ah hock for my worst experience ever in an...
