Went to CRG Subang Jaya outlet. . Informed the owner my bad experience and also shared on their FB as a constructive criticism. As at 3:12pm, 18 April, they (CRG Subang Jaya FB page blocked me). Bagus 👍🏼👍🏼. Try blocking me on Google reviewsand Trip Advisor pulak lah. Maybe foursquare too. . After sharing my feedback on their FB, the owner whatsapp me with the most rude and unprofessional response ever. Nak kaitkan race and religion which was not even relevant. Went to CRG yesterday to bungkus for sahoor for my family. Ordered the premimum lunch pack as it has Double Chicken, Double rice, kai vege and 2 wanton. To my understanding, this should be for 2 pax but portion sayur dia sangatlah kecik macam mana nak share with 2 pax?? Anak Makan 2 suap dah habis.

I requested politely for extra chilli as my fam loves CRG Chilli. One of the Staff packed 2 packets but it still wasnt enough as the content seems so little. So i requested politely to add on, but she refused and said 2 packets is the max. If i want anothr packet, I need to pay extra but it wasnt even stated anywhere that there's additional charge for chilli. Hello!! I have a family of 5 and you expect us to share 2 packets of chilli? Then the owner questioned me why did I tapau 3 sets chicken rice if I have family of 5. Just because I ordered 3 set only, doesnt mean my family makan chicken rice je for sahur. We have other food as well. 🙄🙄. Time for sahoor. The chilli and kicap SANGATLAH CAIR AND TASTELESS!! The first time they opened in SJ, the quality was excellent. But Idk what happen the quality dropped tremendously. Utterly dissapointed.

Contacted owner about the problem. He asked what can he do to make it up for this issue. Well for me there's nothing can be done. I wasted my money to buy sahur for my family expecting the quality to be as excellent as how I first tried CRG at SJ. But too bad, quality was so bad I wont be returning until the quality has been improved to how it was. As for the food that I dah tapau, apa nak buat makan je lah. Walaupun teruk sgt....

I gave a review and CRG replied by requesting me to furnish more details so they can take action and rectify their shortcomings. Why do you need details on my particulars on Timing; Date; Table No or order no to "take action and rectify our shortcomings..." I gave a three-star rating on Service and Atmosphere?

Here is why I gave three stars for service: Waiter not aware with order particulars for e.g., we were served without extra rice as ordered through their menu ordering system. We had to twice remind the particular staff.

There were not many customers (which also meant it was not peak time) when we arrived, but two vacant tables were left untouched with plates and food leftovers we waited for a few minutes, then decided to settle for another table.

There was a rubbish bin full to the brim and lid not closed placed just next to the serving preparation table. I observed at least two staffs throwing leftovers/rubbish onto the bin with their bare hands WITHOUT wearing any plastic gloves and one instant just after that, one of them took two plates of chicken rice handed to them from kitchen galley and placed it on the serving preparation table before placing it on the robot waiter tray. Clearly hygienic and cleanliness in food handling is lacking.

Here is why I gave three stars for atmosphere: The place really needs a make-over. Its surrounding looks dull, the cement slab seating is awful while the serving preparation area is dirty and not tidy especially withe exposed rubbish bin.

Conclusion The food is okay, I have no complain but please look into the matter above. CRG used to be very clean, and the staff are excellent in terms of service and very focused...

Had lunch here just now. Here's my feedback

Too crowded. The place was soo crowded, even the chairs are cramped. They Maximize seating as much as possible. However this bothers customer. I get bumped by the waiters more than 3 times.

Slow. It took 45 mins to serve a cold dish. How hard can cutting chicken, a bowl of ready made soup, and bowl of rice be?

Chicken were smashed. I ended up eating small pieces of chicken bone, which got stuck in between my teeth. This happens twice. Try using a sharper knife to cut the chicken.

Oily chicken rice. We had the roasted chicken rice. Chicken and rice was too greasy. After the meal, felt like vomitting. The taste was bland, no soy sauce was provided. Its not dry, just oily.

Drinks were bad. Milk coffee should just be name as diabetic coffee. The taste sequence is, too sweet a bit of milk hint of coffee.

Experience. There was a manager who was too busy organizing the staff. Shouting across customer table. Seating outside was hot. Cramp, hot, humid, loud, noisy, great recipe for disaster.

The price is ok.

"Menu" is not readable. The menu is very old, about to break, and they just have one? Basically it looks like a crumpled brochure. Wonder will they ever change.

2 star is fair. Im not going anytime soon.

Recommendation, if you want a good chicken rice, go to Azira Seksyen 9. The taste is well balanced. Ample seating. Drinks are good. Downside not as cheap as CGR.
