Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Recently went for dine in, and we're told that there is no physical menu, and we have to order by scanning their QR code. Usually inside thier premise the network coverage is weak, so we used their WiFi.

Their Wifi was super slow, doesn't even can load their menu page through the qr provided. I use back my basic mobile data with low network coverage there, can even load the page faster.

So when to order, i think their server was down or smtg. We not even able to select the food choice and to send order. Then we asked for staff assistance. Over there staffs are understaffed, hardly to get anyone to help us. Finally 1 staff come n reluctantly helping us with the ordering. And tried even with his phone also unable to get us through the menu. When i asked why dont we just order via the manual way. They declined and said is must be via the qr order. After wasting almost 30 minutes over and still not able to get the order though and not so helpful staff.. we decided to walk out from here.

Piece of advise, please offer alternative ways if your primary ordering way is down! If not it just to let customers to walk out only.. If you guys dont really care in in this then it only going...

Very disappointed with my last visit and will probably not go back there anymore. Terrible and the worse experience we ever had . Went there with my family to have dinner , i really want to buy that long pizza just for my child . We went around 9:05pm after taking order the cashier went to the kitchen and then i heard an argument between the staff and cashier also i heard they told cashier to close the counter why even taking orders, then she came back to me and informed that they were closed no longer taking orders , now i'm asking why would you put on the website that your outlet close at 10.30pm while me ordering my food at 9.05pm ? Is it take 1 to 3 hours to making pizza ?? no wonder that foreigner making pizza that why so lazy . so please hire more local staff if you lack of staff to making pizza this is what happens i bet there will no longer customer want to visit this place very bad experienced. If only i can give no star means no star for this...

Worst service ever happened. I submitted my order at 17:40 I waited mostly for 25min seating outside of the shop where the staff could see me. After 25min I came to collect my order,then only the staff told me that there was no electricity in the shop. While Seating I got to see their staff look like they were finding someone but no one came out and saw me. From inside the shop they can see me. So nonsense..there was around 6 staff seating and chit chatting only. No one takes the effort and tries to inform me. I was so upset. All the time this branch has a alot issues. Sometimes cards cannot be used. Most of the time dine in closed la... They will have so much of a story to tell.. very poor service. Pizza hut should take some action on...
