I frequently buy my roasted chicken rice here. Normally it's roasted chicken thigh with added drumsticks, two packets all the time.
However, recently I decided to buy one of the packet only roasted chicken drumstick. She gave me the roasted drumstick which is not so fresh as compared to the other packet (roasted chicken thigh with drumstick).
I took back and complain. Guess what? She told me it's only RM8 for the roasted chicken drumstick. What to complain she mentioned... Are you telling me the standard packet roasted chicken rice is all a dumping ground??? (maybe leftover from yesterday, not fresh, burnt, whatsoever I don't know)

Room for improvement would be the customer service as most the waiters and waitresses were struggling to communicate with customers due to lack of proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin. It's a pity if the owner is not aware of...

We ordered the Lor Mee Hoon Koay, and a plate of roasted pork belly. The pork belly was tender and well seasoned, but the crackling was not crispy, tending to be tough and hard. Not enjoyable. The Lor Mee Hoon Koay was a generous portion with slices of pork and fish cake, and came piping hot with crunchy condiments. Sadly, the broth was poorly seasoned, and the dough was a bit stodgy. To round it off, the kopi-o we ordered lacked flavour. Sadly disappointing, and much room for...
