Ambiance, environment is fine. Food taste fine, price reasonably fair for fine dining but the services not so good and not honest ..

Prawn served with shells but no water was served to wash hand
No hand towel to clean hand either
Circular Yam Dish was not cut when serve, customers have difficulty in cutting
Customer's plates were cleared prior asking if the customers' still want to eat or not .. esp when the dish served were yet to be finished.
Dessert soup was served by staff by scoping into individual guest's bowl but ended up the whole dinning table was spilled with dessert soup, very unclean and unpleasant esp when customer is required to spin the dining table to take the bowl as the bowl was not handed to individual guest..
We were there in large group of 5 families, fact is we have over ordered the food ie as during then found out that most r small eater so we left quite a lot of untouched portion food. Not to waste food, requested the v large portion of untouched food to be packed so these can distribute to guests to bring back as the house which host the guests location is quite isolated.. so if anyone hungry during wee hour, food can be taken out from freezer to preheat ...
However when transfer the packed food to better container then when in the house, it was then discovered that the packed food r so small portion (ie the good big portion of the untouched food on the dining table of 好想吃 restaurant is not fully packed n passed to customer as it was ..
one of the example of one of the untouched leftover dish then : The untouched 1 n half chicken, the better parts like drumsticks, tight, wings etc r not in the pack ..What was packed was only chest meat n bones..
n also other better portion of most delicacy food varieties portions have also been "confiscated" by the restaurant ..

Read moreWe came all the way from Sepang to Setia Alam for the dimsum, then they said they have not been selling dimsum for a very long time and asked us to go to this Klang branch. They even called to book a table for us. So we then rushed all the way to this Klang branch and guess what, they said they forgot about our booking and they didn’t reserve anything for us and the kitchen having some issues saying that they have to close everything and not able to provide any dimsum. And that time was almost 2pm… and they then suggested us to go to the Meru branch. Then we asked them the dimsum serving time in Meru branch will be until what time. Then they said 2pm. Wow…. Are they serious??? And at last we are not able to eat any dimsum and we are so disappointed. If you don’t have dimsum, don’t give us fake hope and ask us to go all the way to another branch and when we were there, nothing left and you just said you forgot to inform us that you don’t have any dimsum after we drive all the way from Setia Alam to Klang for more than 30 minutes because of the traffic jam. We have gastric and we could just find something else to eat nearby if you didn’t “help” us book a table in another branch instead of driving 30minutes for nothing. SO...

Not a great experience again. Local staff did not appear warm and hospitable. Lady was hurried for us to finish ordering but the venue was only 1/3 full.
Food was still OK but service wasn't good (again).
We had a few tables and our bill was aggregated into one bill as the host. Requesting for the bills to be split, they had long faces and said it can't be done. During the process, they were complaining (between themselves!) in Mandarin. It is disrespectful and unprofessional to complain in front of the paying customer. Seeing their 'inconvenience', we told them to keep the single bill but they snapped back 'too late, split bill already (in Mandarin) !'.
After payment, we got no thank you from anyone involved. They appeared 'busy' and turned their backs on us and my guests as we left. Not cool at all.
