18th July 2025 I was around this area and thought of going back for more Wan Ton Mee but unfortunately the stall did not open for business. Instead of Wan Ton Mee, I ordered Char Siu and Siu Yok. Surprisingly, it was very good. Probably the best in this area. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ 4th June 2025 Once again, I was around this area, and I decided to drop by to order myself a bowl of Wan Ton Mee. The soup and noodles tasted very good. You will not be disappointed. 20th February 2025 I'm back just after 2 days to try Wan Ton Mee (dry). Never regret that as Wan Ton Mee is very well-cooked, meeting my expectations. I will come back for more. 18th February 2025 My first visit to this kopitiam. The Wan Ton Mee (soup) that I ordered was good. I like the soup and noodles. It would be even if the noodles were not overcooked. Would come back again to try the chicken rice.

Indeed a hidden gem in Shah Alam, KL friend brought me here to eat the roast meats (actually strongly recommended by her parents). The chicken rice stall really have to try, seeing the long queue will know itโ€™s good. The siuyoke is very crispy and fat, same to the charsiew and roast duck really taste savoury. Can say itโ€™s one of the best I tried. This area is not air conditioned like the coffee shops in Singapore, but the food best. Drinks wise will recommend milo or kopi, very up to standard. Serve in a big plastic bag and pail, huge amount of drinks given. Price wise also on budget side.

Chicken rice just so so, rice & meat portion are pretty big. RM7.50 for chicken breast + char siew. Rice is fragrant but still lack the kick. Char siew & roast chicken are meh, lacks the roast aroma. Teh beng is nice but very sweet. Wantan mee (char siew only) is my must order food here. The noodle is very springy and char siew is tender, noodle & meat portion consider big for RM6.

3 star for the cleanliness as I've dine-in only twice or thrice besides that, it serves the World No.1 top notch NASI AYAM๐Ÿ˜€ I've tried many nasi ayams including from famous state @ Ipoh but no idea why and how only this Nasi Ayam from Sri Muda holds a special place in heart. Been eating for 20 years.

Both hubs n wifey are friendly @the shop owner. Previously back in year 2001-ish, they rent a stall and sell the 'same never change taste' Nasi Ayam opposite sri muda bus stop heading to Klang or to be precise, the corner chinese restaurant same row with Mydin. Then biz boost up and for quite sometime now they been running their biz in own whole restaurant opposite Sam Sam Trading Co. (stationery shop).

You should try if you've not eaten the Nasi Ayam from Restaurant Yau Kee New and maybe you may like it too๐Ÿ˜ Happy Nasi...
